Cassandra founded Women Assist in 2016 to create the kind of therapeutic space where women feel genuinely safe, seen and supported.

A grounded, relational approach
Cassandra is a PACFA-accredited clinical counsellor, clinical supervisor and author, with more than 20 years’ experience and extensive leadership experience across the community health, family violence and crisis-support sectors.
Her approach brings evidence-informed therapy together with compassion, intuition and respect for each woman’s lived experience.
